Credit card required to book an appointment.

We require a 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations. No-show appointments and cancellations that occur with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the missed service.

When a booked appointment doesn’t show, your stylist is left with an empty chair and lost revenue.

  • Tyler has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancelled or rescheduled appointment within less than 48 hours of the appointment time may result in a 50% charge. Any cancelled or rescheduled appointment within less than 24 hours of the appointment time may result in a 100% charge. If you miss your appointment and Tyler or the salon is not informed prior, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service plus a $100 fee.
